Tranquilidade Commercial Meeting 2023

The Tranquilidade Commercial Meeting brought together agents and partners at their annual event, once again enhanced by Europalco. The event had 800 in-person participants and 1500 watching online.

With a logistics team of 61 people, 11 trucks, and 2 vans, we brought this event to life with a set design featuring deconstructed Astera tubes and LED walls to match the desired image. Sound, video, streaming, and cameras were also part of this project. Not to mention our lighting team who worked their magic and turned the subway workshops into an ideal and distinctive space for this occasion.
