The fifth edition of the Eurafrican Forum took place from 28 to 29 July in Carcavelos. The event was organized around five axes and was attended by the Secretary-General of the United Nations, António Guterres, the presidents of Portugal, Cape Verde and São Tomé and Príncipe, and several Portuguese and African entrepreneurs and bankers.
