Objectives, activities and expected / achieved results

The project is based on an investment plan, endowed with innovative actions at both marketing and organizational levels. Based on the strong dissemination of the company (in international events or via the website) and the solid knowledge of the target markets as well as the delineation of a marketing plan and the hiring of qualified human resources to support the execution of the project, the necessary means to successfully implement its internationalization strategy, allowing it to be more competitive in the global context and to penetrate previously defined target markets. It aims to strengthen its leadership position in the domestic market and increase its international turnover, increase its customer base and become present in 16 international markets.
